Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the provided Canadian Red Cross return label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
